Nice vs All Privacy Policy
1. About This Document
This Policy explains what data is processed when you use the Nice vs All mobile game (the “Game”) and when you contact support, what this data is needed for, on what grounds it is processed, and how you can manage it. The Policy is available on the first launch of the Game, before the Terms of Use are accepted, and afterwards in the “About us” section.
2. What Data Is Processed
There are no accounts or registration in the Game. The Game does not automatically request or collect your name, phone number, address, photos, contacts, or precise geolocation.
Player identifier (Player ID) — assigned automatically by Unity services on the first launch. Linked to it are your in-game nickname (generated by the Game from a predefined set; you do not enter any text of your own), your points, and your place on the leaderboard.
Game events — level starts and completions, points, stickers and other in-game items obtained, in-game currency earned and spent, rewarded ad views, and crash and error data.
Technical data — device model, operating system and Game versions, language, time zone, IP address and the country determined from it, and the device advertising identifier (you can manage it in your device’s privacy settings).
Support requests — your email address, the text of your request, and any attachments. The Game does not receive files from your device automatically; you attach files voluntarily.
The Player ID, IP address, advertising identifier, and other technical identifiers may qualify as personal data depending on applicable law. We process them in accordance with the requirements of personal data protection legislation.
3. What Data Is Used For
Operating the Game, saving progress, and maintaining the leaderboard — to perform our agreement with you. Analyzing errors, game balance, and difficulty, protecting against cheating and abuse, and serving non-personalized ads — on the basis of our legitimate interests. To the extent the contractual basis does not apply, the relevant processing relies on our legitimate interests — provided that it is necessary for those interests and does not override your rights and freedoms; where minors’ data is processed, their best interests are given separate consideration. Consent is requested where applicable law requires it. Disclosure of data at the request of public authorities — to comply with a legal obligation. We do not sell personal data, do not engage in behavioral profiling, and do not make automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Who Data Is Shared With
| Recipient and role | Data and purpose | Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services) — processor acting on our behalf under a data processing agreement (DPA) | Player ID, game events, saves and progress, leaderboard, crash and diagnostic data, technical device information, IP address | unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy |
| Unity Ads — independent controller of data processed for ad serving and fraud prevention (under its own privacy policy) | Serving non-personalized rewarded ads: advertising and technical device identifiers, IP address, device information, ad impression and interaction data, fraud prevention | unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy |
Depending on the region, Unity may engage sub-processors and advertising partners in accordance with its policy. The Game is distributed through app stores; store-related data is processed by the relevant store operator in its own relationship with you and under its own policies. Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities upon a lawful request.
5. Where Data Is Processed
The Game’s online features run on the Unity Gaming Services platform. Data may be processed by Unity and the providers it engages in various countries, including European Union states and the United States. According to information published by Unity, developer-selectable storage regions are not supported for certain Unity Gaming Services. Unity states that it applies technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. For more information about data processing, see the Unity privacy policy (linked in Section 4).
6. Retention and Deletion
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in Section 3: support request data — until the issue is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards; analytics data — for the period necessary for analytics purposes; leaderboard records — for as long as the leaderboard is maintained or until deleted at your request; advertising-related data — within the retention periods of the relevant advertising service; data needed to protect rights and security — for as long as necessary for that purpose. Deleting the Game from your device does not delete data already transferred to online services.
To have your data deleted, write to support@nicevsall.com and include your Player ID (shown in the Game: Player Profile → “Press to copy User ID” button). Providing the Player ID confirms that the request relates to your data; where necessary, we may ask for additional information reasonably needed to verify the request and to prevent deleting another user’s data.
Within no more than 10 working days of receiving your request, we will stop processing the relevant data and ensure its deletion or — where deletion is impossible or restricted by law — its blocking, and will notify you of the actions taken or, if deletion is impossible or restricted by law, inform you of the grounds for such restriction and how to appeal it. Final erasure of individual backup copies in the provider’s systems is completed within the shortest technically feasible time in accordance with its procedures. Until final erasure, such backup copies are not used for any purpose other than security, recovery, and compliance with applicable requirements. Game progress and leaderboard position are lost irreversibly upon deletion.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your country, you may have the right to request information about the processing and the categories of recipients, to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent), and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country. Send all requests to support@nicevsall.com.
8. Children
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. The Game does not ask users for their name, age, email address, or other information about their identity; when the Game is used, only the data listed in Section 2 is processed.
Where data processing is based on consent, users under 16 require the consent of a parent or legal representative. Where processing relies on other grounds provided by law, such consent is not required; at the same time, we take into account and protect the best interests of minors: ads in the Game are not personalized, and no behavioral profiling is carried out.
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or legal representative and believe that your child’s data is being processed, write to support@nicevsall.com — we will delete it. To manage your child’s access to apps, use your device’s parental controls.
9. Advertising
The Game shows only non-personalized rewarded ads: you decide for yourself whether to watch a video in exchange for an in-game reward, and declining does not limit your access to the Game. We do not use behavioral profiling or ad personalization. To serve ads and prevent fraud, the advertising service processes the technical data listed in Section 4.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmitting data over the internet can guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
The current version is always published at https://nicevsall.com/privacy.html with its effective date at the beginning of the document; a link to it is available in the Game. We will give separate notice of material changes to data processing — in the Game or in the update description. If, under the law, a change requires new consent, the relevant processing will not begin until such consent is obtained.
12. Language
This Privacy Policy is available in English and Russian. Both language versions describe the same processing of personal data. The English version is the primary version for purposes of interpretation. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit user rights granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the user’s country.
